Mgt/workup: It may be an infected area and I would advise being seen. Your physician may advise lowering our Imuran, (azathioprine) checking your cultures and will most likely order a course of antibiotics. Monitor your temperature and please seek medical care.

Make sure it is not: Infected. It it persists see your doc. Apply Bacitracin to it and see if it improves!
