Depends : Usually the er is not the best place to go because of waiting time and discontinuity of care. If there is nothing life-threatening then wait to see your pediatrician. Sometimes you can call the office and speak with the head nurse for advice.

Problem?: It depends on the child's problem.... ER is for Emergencies. Urgent Care is for Urgent problems and the Pediatrician is for most other Problems ....

ER is for Emergency: We don't know what is wrong with your child.If it is an emergency and your child is sick and needs to be seen right away take him to ER
