Neither: Medical literature does not seem to recount any negative consequences to heart tissue or function from cannabis use; excepting that some persons have reported that it makes their heart grow fonder of other persons.

Diet: Dietary effects of foods are complex. Butter is a high fat food, but so are some kinds of margarine. The best course for most of us is to use either product sparingly. Using a lot of margarine or a lot of butter is likely to be a problem. A low fat margarine may be better than butter in the same quantity used; but actual rigorous outcome studies are lacking.

Skipping: Heart skipping when you lay down isn't normal but isn't necessarily a problem that needs treatment. If it happens regularly, it would be reasonable to consult your doctor to see if something is going on.
