What would cause almost my whole body to itch constantly? Chest, stomach, arms, back and legs. No rash or dry skin. Chest, arms, legs are extra itchy

Hi there. Been battling with intense itchy skin for the last couple of weeks. Inner upper arms, upper stomach and occasionally back of legs. There is no rash where I am itchy but just the intense itchiness. No new medication or creams. Nothing new.
