I suffered of a compression fracture t12 6 weeks ago. i never really felt a lot of pain. when will i probably be able to run and play soccer again?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

3 months to heal: Compression fractures typically require about 3 months to heal. The first 6-8 weeks will get them healed up to 90%, but plan on about 3 months for nearly 100% healing. After 3 months, you should be able to progress your activity; slowly and steadily.
