I'm not an orthopedic surgeon, but if u heard a "click" then u could have a meniscal tear. I am assuming that both anterior & posterior drawer test were negative, so that the ACL & PCL are intact. However, the meniscus (disk) could be torn, in which case an MRI is the best test for diagnosis. If u have knee swelling, pain (esp w/ bearing weight), or "locking" then a meniscal tear is probable.
