How long does it take to heal a partially treated uti?

May need antibiotic: Partially treated UTI means the bacteria are not completely eliminated. In some instance, the body is able to take care of the rest--eliminate the rest of the bateria and thus problem solved. Often, though, partially treated UTI will recur and causes the usual symptoms. If left untreated, it may ascend further and can cause kidney infections etc..So if your symptoms get worse, call doc. Good luck.
