Go to a doctor for a urine culture and sensitivity test. The results will guide the right choice of antibiotic, which should heal the infection. OTC Phenazopyridine (Azo, Pyridium, Uristat, Uricalm) can help with the discomfort, but does not treat the bacterial cause of the UTI. Hope you feel better soon.

The medicine to treat has to be prescribed thru a prescription by your doc/urologist and cant be done in this forum. In the meantime take otc AZO tabs., drink plenty of water and otc Ibuprofen for pain. Good luck.
