I had uti 6 weeks ago and was treated with antibiotics, today tested positive for another uti i do not want to take another antibiotic, other options?

Needs an antibiotic: All UTIs should be treated with antibiotics. There are no safe non-antibiotic or self treatments: the risk of a dangerous complication of UTI is far higher than an antibiotic problem. Probably this UTI should be treated with a different antibiotic than the previous one. Ask your doctor about having a culture test and, if positive, testing to see for sure which antibiotic will work best.
