I was hospitalized with massive fever, vomiting = kidney infection. 1 month later pain still around my back and stomach is swollen like pregnant. help?

If the infection was due to presence of a kidney stone, this can also lead to persistent symptoms. You should see a urologist for additional testing, including urine culture and urinalysis, possible ultrasound or ct scan.
