I am fighting a fever from 95-102. wbc is 19.6, neutrophils%auto is 91.9, lymphocytes% auto is 4.4, now vomiting. have kidney infection getting worse?

Likely: If you currently have a known kidney infection, I assume you are on antibiotics. If you are having persistent fevers, have an elevated WBC count and are now vomiting you should see a physician as soon as possible.
