Could certainly be: Any time after 20 weeks the bhc's can begin. I've read that as early as 6 weeks they can start. But you need to get on top of them to distinguish them from other vague abdominal complaints. Have you had these pains before in your preqnancy? I believe a call to your ob/gyn is in order just to clarify.
