im 38 w on sat, and i've been having braxton hicks contractions but their in my back. now im cramping like im on my period. is it normal?

Sounds like it: These are normal complaints we hear as women approach their due dates. When the contractions are painful and five minutes apart for at least an hour it is time to be seen in labor and delivery.

Sure track it : It doesn't hurt to time them. If you feel you are in labor then head to the hospital
