Tapeworm: I hear your concern. Unfortunately, doctors don't believe self diagnosis, because despite most fervent claims, objective data are often lacking to support them. If you are sure that you ; your family members are infested with tapeworm, then it would be so easy to prove by giving a stool sample for testing and if it is there, it will be readily revealed. But if none is found, then there's a proble.
