If a human accidentally swallowed an infected flea (tapeworm), can the body fight off the infection, or is getting a tapeworm guaranteed?

Below: The body may "fight off the infection". First you need to know if the flea ingested was infected. And because you swallowed it, that is now impossible. Perhaps the animal the flea came from could be checked for fleas and that would give more information.
