Conjunctivitis: Mucopurulent conjunctivitis, commonly known as pink eye, is a bacterial infection of the eyes that can cause green/yellowish/crusting drainage, redness, irritation and mattering. Treatment would include evaluation by a doctor and possible topical antibiotic drops in the eyes. All the best!
