Get a test: I am sorry, but you do not need a physician to tell you that if you do not take your birth control then babies happen when you have sex. It is time for a pregnancy test.

Trying to conceive?: If you are not taking your birth control regularly / reliably, then they are not likely to be protective--you need to use an alternate method of protection since sexually active until you are back to regular pill use. If miss period, check home pregnancy test. If discharge does not diminish as cycle progresses, need exam for infection.
