Menses vs Pregnancy: It is possible you are having normal menses or even pregnant. This depends on your last menstrual cycle. Other possibilities include sexually transmitted infections that could be spreading to the reproductive organs and causing worse symptoms. If you notice fevers and have little improvement, it is wise to see your obgyn for examination and further testing.
