Depends.: 30 mg. Is a starting dose and can be titrated up to 120 mg. If necessary.M it is always good to stay on the smallest effective dose.

It really depends...: Cymbalta (duloxetine) - 30 mg is often used for anxiety and depression, but it's more typical to go up to 60 or more. Usually it depends upon how someone tolerates it. If you think you could use a higher dose, discuss with your dr. Remember however that antidepressants can possibly destabilize bipolar disorder so all of this needs consideration. Good luck!
