A member asked:

Should i expect a surgeon who wants to incise an abscessed breast duct on me to be familiar with the term "zuska's disease"?

Fistula/abscess: Some may be familiar with the term, as this is a term used because it was characterized by a man named joseph zuska in 1951. More commonly the condition is referred to as a fistula or concomitant abscess around the nipple. Not knowing the name zuska 's disease should not make you think any less of a surgeon. Best wishes.
