Possibly: Bit really because you probably have inflammation of your stach. It would be best not to eat spicy foods or heavy fried foods or anything that you find irritating. Citrus foods might fit in that category for you. While you are on treatment you might find that some fpods just don't taste good, but that is because of the treatment and not the h pylori.
