Good idea: Consult w a speech pathologist. Your neuromuscular patterning may not respond to therapy, but you won't know until you try.

It'll help,also..: You should be under care of an orthodontist , or orthognathic surgeon since you just had that corrective surgery, post operative examination and consultation is required.In some cases minor teeth movement can improve the condition drastically (contact points between tongue tip and back of upper anterior teeth).
