I am bipolar/adhd. i am taking trazodone 50mg, vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) 30mg, olanzapine 5mg, and lamictal 400mg. will any of these interact negatively?

Few: The zyprexa and trazodone in combination can increase sedation. The trazodone and vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) in combination, the trazodone can also increase the effects of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). Work with your physician and he adjust the doses and medications accordingly. Follow the direction of your physician.

Medications should be managed by your Psychiatrist who knows your medical history and can refer you back to a primary care provider for further tests if needed. If you are not confident in your Psychiatrist please see another for a second opinion.
