Diagnosed with ibs-d. have had c diff three times. been clear 1 1/2 yrs. will diarrhea from ibs cause c diff? i panic every time i get diarrhea!

IBS-D: No need to panic - IBS-D does not cause any other disease. C diff can happen to anyone, but in an immunocompetent host such as you appear to be there needs to be a trigger such as antibiotics to disturb the GI flora enough that C diff bacteria can take over.
