A member asked:

Think i may have bppv, dr says no, it's sinuses throwing off balance. tried bppv exercises, made me feel panic cause got more dizzy doing them.

ENT specialist: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (bppv) is a well documented disease caused by loose otoconia (ear stones) in the inner ear. It should be easily diagnosed and treated with various head maneuvers. The sinuses in the face should not produce vertigo because they are not anatomically nor physiologically connected to the balance mechanisms. Therapy may initially make you more vertiginous.
