No: Crying with excessive tearing certainly can cause yours eyes to get red and your eyelids to get puffy. The mere act of crying should not increase your chance of infection or most definitely, not cause double vision. If you are blowing your nose ; wipingy our eyes, don't contaminate your eyes with external secretions that theoretically could infect your eyes.
