7yr old has very puffy eyelids and was diagnosed with strep with strep rash on body..could the puffy swollen eyes be from the strep infection?

Possibly: I assume he's being treated with antibiotics? It could be from the strep infection, sometimes it could be from the antibiotics. Please go back to the pediatrician for reassessment if this is a new symptom.
