Mri done on ankle; anterior talofibular is torn, ankle joint effusion, flexor hallucis longus tenosynovitis. Meaning? Doc handed me off. Help. No ins.

Arthritis: You have described an arthritis condition, of which there are many types. In addition to joint damage, many arthritides can cause tendon damage resulting in tears or ruptures. See a rheumatologist. (note "fibromyalgia" while causing tender points, does not result in tendon tears).

Can be normal: Some pain and swelling can be normal at this stage. May take close to 1 full year for complete resolution with good therapy. Signs of metal allergy include persistent pain and swelling, skin rashes, including hives , and x-ray findings of component loosening. A sample of the metal, provided by the implant company, can be taped to your arm to confirm. Ask your surgeon.

...: Could mean fatigue, are you sleeping 6h-8h every night? Do you wake up at the same time most days? Do you drink 3qts/water daily? Do you walk 30 minutes every day? If not, your body is tired and wants to sleep, so will have to be shaken, or shivered, to wake up. If you walk 30min daily, avoid fried & sugary food, drink 3qts water daily, you see the difference.

Probably unrelated: Abdominal pain and tongue numbness are likely unrelated. Many things can cause right sided abdominal pain, even after gallbladder removal. The most common things that cause tongue numbness is tongue swelling, most commonly due to allergies or poisonings.
