Incomplete info: Do you have fever? An elevated WBC counts suggests infection, however, it is not feasible to diagnose that without examining you. All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that.

Need more info: I do not know what are you asking specifically. I need to know additional clinical symptoms to help you. From your blood work, you have a mildly elevated white blood cell count. Could be a mild infection or stress reaction.
