Sinus infection: Some sinus infection signs and symptoms are: nasal congestion, purulent discharge from nose, upper teeth discomfort, facial pain/pressure, fever, ear pressure/pain, difficulty with smell, or fatigue. The more of these present, the more likely one has a sinus infection.
