Sinusitis : Sinusitis typically presents with facial pain and pressure which can cause transmitted pain in one or both ears as the eustachian tube can become blocked. It is vital to rule out an ear infection by having a Dr look in your ear with an otoscope. Treatment can easily cure the infection in a matter of weeks. Use warm saline nasal washes for Sinus symptoms and increase hydration.
