Problem gone: It can take up to a week for a beta blocker to leave your system. The question is what you were taking it for? If you have lost weight, are in better shape, resolved a stress issue, hyperthyroid issue, panic attack, better hydrated, resolved infection, etc, then your heart rate would naturally slow down.
