Fast heart rate: In someone with a history of SVT, earlier on a beta blocker which has been stopped: 2 occurrences of extremely fast heart rate would raise concern that these are episodes of SVT. This should be evaluated by a cardiologist and likely may need some type of monitor such as a holter monitor or an event monitor.
