Colds, theething, OM: When kids get colds it is common to have ear aches due to flid building up in the middle ear, also when babies are teething they may develop ear aches. And you have otitis media, an infection of the middle ear again commonly caused by viruses and bacteria. Changes of pressure from road trips or air travel are also common.
