I would like to try short course of mestinon (pyridostigmine) before going to rns- 3 hz or muscle bx. thoughts? she has had steroid psychosis in past.

Mestinon (pyridostigmine) use: Not a bad thought to go right to treatment, but would be nice to have the slow rep nerve stim in hand. Not quite sure what muscle biopsy would show. I would go for single fiber needle examination before that.
