Migraine vs TIA: Appears that you may have had a complicated migraine, but at your age and having hyplipidemia, TIA could be a possibility, need to discuss this with your doctor!

Get diagnosed: You may be developing initial cluster headaches, but eyelid drooping may also be associated with cerebral aneurysms and perhaps other intracranial issues. Do not worry, just act soon and see your doctor. A neurologist may be consulted.
