Likely a lymph node.: ...If it appeared suddenly and with a mild illness. Need to watch for it to resolve in the next several days. If it starts shrinking then ok to observe. If persists or enlarges or if get fever or if redness, tenderness at the site then need to see a doctor for testing. Good luck!
