Does "goodnight bunion" actually work to realign your bunion?

No miracle cure.: The splint can be used as a conservative management for those with bunions. It holds the big toe in a more straight alignment when you are not in a shoe. It does not alter the shape of the bones. It may help to stretch out a tight capsule or tendon. Only surgical management can alter the actual shape of the bone.

No: Bunion splints will not realign a bunion. They are used to hold it in place while you are wearing it. Unfortunately you cannot "train" a bunion to go away. The only way to fix it is with surgery. Padding and shoe gear changes are conservative options.
