DO manipulation: Possible pinched nerve(s) and disk problems. Please see your doc. Osteopathic docs in us do manipulation something like chiropractic. If manipulation is helpful they can do it and also keep you safe and monitored. Peace and good health.

Advise against: Though many chiropractors do cervical manipulation it isn't necessarily advised by others in the medical profession. Significant risks are present with respect to damaging arteries running in the back of the relatively exposed neck area which feed the brainstem and this can be fatal in some cases. I wouldn't recommend continuing this practice. The american academy of neurology advises against it.
