See your GP: It is difficult to comment without having look at this swelling. If you haven't injured yourself, this swelling could mean an abscess or an infected sweat gland cyst. If you have knocked that area, it could be a hecatomb (collection of blood) Please visit your GP for an examination and further investigation.Your GP may order an ultrasound. This swelling may either need drainage or excision.
