See md: This could e pilonidal cyst which needs to be removed surgically. It may become infected and very painful. Remove it elctivelly rather than wait for emergency.

Pilonidal cyst: Could be a pilonidal cyst or perhaps a localized abcess or even a perirectal abcess. Could certainly try moist heat packs for a while.
