Pedal edema: You are having pedal edema for some reason, and the underlying cause needs to be evaluated and diagnosed so the correct treatment can start. (vascular issues, overweight, heart issues, liver issues, etc, etc. All need to be assessed for) best wishes.

Yes: You have listed that you have pcos, polycystic ovary syndrome, which can be associated with obesity. If you have gained a lot of weight your feet can become swollen and make it difficult to walk. Check with you doctor to see if you need to be on medication such as metformin for the pcos and try to limit your intake of salt which can lead to swelling.
