Yes: Uterine polyps are usually removed surgically, so being on those hormones should not affect the surgery itself. Sometimes the doctor will adjust your medications for a short time to allow better visualization, but that depends on where you are in your cycle, what symptoms you are having, and the dosing schedule you are on with your hormones.
