Need proper work up : Symptoms of gb disease can include right upper abdominal pain which radiates to back, nausea, or vomiting. Symptoms usually occur after eating- the more greasy or fatty foods cause more severe symptoms. A negative ultrasound doesn't always mean the gb is normal. Other reasons for your pain: musculoskeletal, lung, liver, stomach and colon. Work up: hida scan, endoscopy, C.T. Scan. God bless.
