Needs: Evaluation by a neurologist. Do you have any headaches or weakness or vision problems? Any neck pain? Any pain in your jaw or your mouth? Any rash on your scalp ? How often does it come and go?

Neurological?: Please see your doc or a neurologist and he/she will help you. The tingle and weakness might be what are called tias. They come and go but need to be treated to avoid larger issues later. Peace and good health.
