Get a doctor’s eval: While facial tingling may not be of concern on an occasional basis, coupled with L arm weakness could mean serious problems. See your doctor for a complete evaluation including brain MRI, TMJ eval, cervical spine eval and blood coagulation testing to determine your status and risks for future events
