Talk to doctor: Burning and cramping abdomen could be a urinary tract infection... Er can diagnose this for you. Cramping can sometimes be a sign of miscarriage so call your doctor for appt to make sure. Back pain, along with burning, can also support diagnosis of uti... Sometimes if back pain means has spread to kidneys. I would go to er tonight or tomorrow to get eval. Kidney infection can be serious, go soon.
