Get seen: Their is help for the kind of anxiety you are feeling. Let your parent or guardian know. Get a full physical work up and ask for a referral to see a therapist. There is no shame whatsoever in asking for psychological help at your age. It can make all the difference for a healthy productive life. Good luck and best wishes.
