Cramps pain left abdomen worse with exercise?

Get a medical check: If the cramps are persistent and going on for more than one week, you need to see a doctor. I hope your circulation is not compromised. Narrow arteries(happens with aging) can result in reduced blood flow to the intestines and cause something like this. You need a complete medical check for high bp, cholesterol, diabetes and check up of your circulation which can be done by your family doctor.
