While i was getting dressed i had a huge cramp on left side of my back and my abdomen it lasted only seconds but it was pretty strong, after that i have the common pain after a cramp , is it normal a cramp in that area? what is it?

If your BP is high I would suspect low blood/body K (potassiu). Take notes of what is going on and share with a Dr who can examine you.
